Window: Request within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Unused, unworn, unwashed, tags/hygiene liner intact, original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Custom items: Personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or we shipped the wrong item/color/size.

Start a return: Email support@intimaheaven.com with order number, item(s), reason, and photos for defects. Unauthorized returns are refused.
